just finished doing my last minute Spud.ca order. mmm… I am SOOOO looking forward to my Rice Bread from Food for Life. It seriously is the BEST gluten-free, wheat-free bread I have tried yet. It is nice and dense and hold butter quite well.  It really is all about the butter to bread ratio.
